The New GDPR Will Enter into Force on May 25, 2018

We want to report on a new privacy regulation aimed at creating, for the first time, uniform rules for the processing of personal data in the European Union. It is also referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and includes, i. a. the collection, processing and disclosure of personal data and rights and obligations.

The purpose of the Data Protection Regulation is to safeguard the confidentiality of our personal data. Almost all businesses deal with personal information.

We have ensured that the TinyApp service, its processing of personal data and the records containing personal data are in compliance with the requirements of the new GDPR.

According to the GDPR, a TinyApp client company, such as nursery, preschool, school or club, is a data controller, and TinyApp is a data processor. We ensure that personal data is processed legally.
